Kyrgyz Diaspora in Moscow is against the deployment of OSCE forces in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Zpresskg.com – Kyrgyz Diaspora “Kyrgyz Birimdigi” has made appeal to the president of Kyrgyzstan Roza Otunbayeva, where they expressed their protest against the deployment of OSCE forces in the territory of Kyrgyzstan and give opportunity to Kyrgyz migrants to participate in the parliamentarian elections, scheduled for October 10, 2010.
