According to him, leaders of local authorities use administrative resources in favor of Atambaev. "Now, among the candidates Atambaev. Tashiyev K. and A. Madumarov is a tough fight. As far as we know. In the south,  local channels sling  the candidates with mud from the north. Atambaev especially  actively exaggerated negative opinions against Tashiyev K. and A. Madumarov. We do not want to divide the country apart. Among the speakers with our candidates, there are people from different regions. We want to encourage all candidates to unity for the sake of stability and tranquility of the country "- he added.
